Spring Semester 2023-2024
NUPACE, established in February 1996, is a short-term student exchange programme, through which international students enrolled at Nagoya University’s partner institutions are given the opportunity to study in Japan for four to twelve months. The programme aims to forge friendships that extend beyond borders, internationalise through education, and motivate overseas students to pursue more extensive studies with regard to Japan.
The Nagoya University Program for Academic Exchange (NUPACE) offers a flexible curriculum consisting of a wide spectrum of both English- and Japanese-taught courses, Japanese language instruction, and Japan area/ intercultural studies. The programme endeavours to internationalise through education and research, forge networks that extend beyond borders, and foster talented individuals capable of contributing positively to the international society of tomorrow.
