EXCHANGE PROGRAM TYPES

Regular Exchange Program (Gwangju Campus)

For undergraduate and graduate students interested to study as exchange students in related courses that are taught in English and Korean.

Intensive Korean Program (Yeosu Campus)

For undergraduate students who wish to undertake intensive courses in Korean language and culture.

NOMINATION PERIOD

Nomination period is open now until October 14^th

EXCHANGE PERIODS AVAILABLE

One semester – Spring Semester (March 2023 – June 2023)

One year – Spring and Fall Semesters (March 2023 – December 2024)

SCHOLARSHIPS

Students can apply for GKS (Global Korea Scholarship) to cover for travel expenses (airfare tickets), health insurance and student allowance or the Merit Scholarship by Chonnam National University (which excludes meals and dormitory fees) and is subject to be determined based on academic performance, English language proficiency test results and study plan.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Students are exempt from tuition fees at Chonnam National University. Students need only to cover for their personal expenses i.e., accommodation, travel, insurance and cost of living. The cost of student dormitories is approximately 16,000 Thai Baht per semester.

Students must first be nominated by the Faculty of Economics. Interested students must make an appointment to visit the ECIA office by sending us an email at ecia@ku.th or contact Ms. Wanida Kammani (wanida.kmn@gmail.com) for further information.
